2. Regulatory & Legal Compliance
The purchaser assumes full responsibility for verifying that the imported chemicals, peptides, or intermediates comply with local laws, import permits, customs regulations, and patent status within their destination country/region. RchemSell is not liable for regulatory seizures resulting from local import restrictions.
3. Custom Synthesis Specifications & Orders
• Order Confirmation: Custom synthesis orders begin only after sequence verification and order confirmation.
• Technical Tolerances: Purity levels are guaranteed as specified in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) measured by HPLC and LC‑MS. Minor variations in final yield within industry norms (+/- 5%) may occur during complex synthesis.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in USD unless specified otherwise. Full payment or agreed bank wire transfer terms must be completed prior to order dispatch for standard stock items and custom production runs.
5. Limitation of Liability
RchemSell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the handling, improper storage, or misuse of supplied chemical or peptide products. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the invoice value of the supplied goods.
