Main BPC-157 Types & Formulations

bpc157-5mg-10vials-box

1. Native BPC-157 Lyophilized Powder

This is the standard form widely used in labs, available in specifications such as 5mg/vial, 10mg/vial. It is the original 15-amino-acid sequence peptide. Lyophilized freeze-dried powder maintains good stability under -20℃ storage, easy to reconstitute with bacteriostatic water for in-vitro and animal studies. Our 5mg 10-vial kit belongs to this native standard grade.

2. BPC-157 Salt Form (Arginine Salt)

BPC-157 arginate salt is modified to improve solubility and gastric stability. It is mainly applied in oral administration research models for gastrointestinal injury and gut barrier study.

3. Next-Generation BPC-157 Analog Variants

The native BPC-157 has a short blood half-life under 30 minutes. New analogs are developed to solve this limitation:

• PEGylated BPC-157: Extend half-life greatly for long-acting research

• Cyclized BPC-157: Better enzymatic resistance and oral absorption

• D-amino acid substituted BPC-157: Improve molecule stability against degradation

Latest Frontier Research Reports

Recent peer-reviewed preclinical studies further validate the multi-target cytoprotective effects of BPC-157.

Musculoskeletal Tissue Regeneration Research

A 2025 systematic review summarized decades of animal experiments. BPC-157 promotes fibroblast migration, collagen arrangement and angiogenesis in tendon, ligament, muscle and bone fracture models. 2026 new animal data shows faster bone callus formation and improved biomechanical strength after fracture treatment.

Vascular & Ischemia Reperfusion Study

A 2026 ex-vivo study published in J Clin Med confirmed BPC-157 triggers endothelium-dependent vasorelaxation via nitric oxide pathway. Another rat model research demonstrated BPC-157 can reduce oxidative damage from limb ischemia-reperfusion injury, which expands its application in peripheral vascular disease mechanism research.

Gastrointestinal & Neuroprotective Exploration

BPC-157 was originally discovered for gastric mucosal protection. New research also reveals its pleiotropic regulatory function on multiple neurotransmitter systems, showing potential research value for brain injury and nerve protection related preclinical projects.

Key Notes for Laboratory Researchers

All current BPC-157 related data comes from preclinical animal or in-vitro experiments. Completed large-scale human phase 2 / phase 3 clinical trials are still limited. BPC-157 products are only for laboratory research purposes, not for human consumption or clinical treatment.

Our lab supply includes native BPC-157 lyophilized peptide with HPLC ≥99% purity. Free samples and custom peptide synthesis services are available for research groups to carry out their own mechanism studies.
